Has anyone tried the avid envigor in 205-60-16 v rated and what do you think of it? I had a general altimax the last time and was not pleased on how it handeld in the corners where there were dips it would throw the bike around pretty bad. I was wondering if any one has had this problem with the envigor? Question

Rick, can't help you with this, but welcome to the site, hope you enjoy
your new tire, although you didn't choose yet.
Cornering will be different with every CT. Just slightly though. It requires
a bit more counter steering, that's all.
Robert.

I am running a 195 55 16 on my Goldwing and like it so far. I have about 8600 miles on it and it doesn't seem to be wearing out at all. I did have to pump up the pressure to 44 psi to make it feel good to me. Running it any lower and it seemed to be kind of squirley in the rear. I used to run a GYTT 205 60 16 on my VTX 1800 and liked that alot and this tire does compare to the GY, but not as "cushy" to me because of the higher psi.

A little late to respond but I'm running the Yokohama AVID ENVigor 205/60R16 on my VTX1800R. It felt as though I had put an MC tire back on it after 25k on an Altimax which was a bit too bouncy for me. Almost 8k and no overt signs of wear and unless something else catches my eye I'll put another ENVigor on 20k or so down the road...

The avid envigor is like night and day compaired to the altimax. I am very happy with it. And the price is right. Very Happy
