Building a darkside bike
I wanted to convert my ZL900 Eliminator to the darkside , but I ran into a few issues. The rim was too narrow, so I decided on a chain drive conversion and a 6" wide rim. The motor didnt have enough power,so I did an engine swap and put in one of my spare zx-14 motors. the project is starting to look like a motorcycle ...

I bought it with 8,000 miles on it and sold it 3 years later with 30,000 plus on it for $500.00 more than I paid for it. It was near mint other than the miles and this dude that had several ZL 900's and ZL 1000's bought it.

Re: Building a darkside bike
I bet a tire that wide and flat is gonna have one heckuva crossover effect.
