Darkside lube ideas

What lube works for a darkside grabber, tried mine this afternoon, could not get it to seat a bead. So we removed it and cleaned it up again. looking for lubes that have worked.

Vege oil worked for me, didn't take a lot and seated the tire at 60psi

Veggie oil worked great for me....and just act like someone else bought the oil!! LOL

I would be loathe to use a petroleum based oil on it, trapping some of it into the bead seat of the tire. Doesn't petroleum react negatively with rubber? I know we ride on oily roads, but that gets dried off. Seems like I read that somewhere/when.
