1800 Neo question
Ok, I bought an 1800N this past May, and I already had an 1800C that had been Darkside for 2 years. I am wondering if the N fender is any wider or narrower between the inside fender rails? I had a Goodyear ATT 205/60/16 on the C and I had some rubbing issues, and yes I know all about grinding on the inner rails to take care of that, but I am wondering if going with a 195 instead on the N would eliminate any need for grinding on the rails on the N, unless the N fender is wider. The tires that were on the N only had about 1000 miles on them and I am going to wear out the rear before going to the ct, so have time to do a little research again. Also if I go with a 195, what are some of you running, if any? Thanks.

Re: 1800 Neo question
As far as everyone has said...the same tire you buy for the C, you can use for the N model.

Re: 1800 Neo question
I put a 205 65 16 on an 05 N with no mods and get no rubbing. This bike has progressive 11.5 shocks on it.

Re: 1800 Neo question
I am more concerned that riding 2 up with more weight that there WILL be a rubbing issue, because that was what I experienced with my 1800C that was on the Darkside. I was thinking that maybe the N fender was a little wider than the C fender, but maybe it isnt...I want to try and eliminate any possible rubbing issues this time without having to grind down my inner fender rails, so was thinking maybe about going to a 195 but having trouble finding a tire I like.
