V2K FAN ISSUE
I have a 06 vulcan 2000 classic I never noticed last year when I bought the bike and was running it.I did notice it this year the fan seems to be running an awful lot on and off on and off.Not as much while moving.but a lot while seating at a light.Anybody have this problem? If so how did you fix it.Or is this just normal for this big beast?

Re: V2K FAN ISSUE
Don't sweat it, it's thermostatically controled. All of the Vulcans do that. You should've heard my Nomad when I lived in south FL.
When you don't hear it running is when you need to worry.
For anything Vulcan related try:

Another forum that is open to all bikers is

Sounds like your fan is working ok, but some thermostats do run the fan more than others.
