2007 VTX 1800 T.....205/60/16 ????

I have a 2007 VTX 1800 T , want to put a 205/60/16 on her.Will there be any "fitting" issues that I should know about? I ride one up. Thanks for any extra info. Had a caar tire on my Wing and enjoyed the ride and better handling. Or is there a better size I should consider. Want ot get the bike a bit lower if I can.

you got the right size for what you are lookin for. Provided you don't have spoked rims.....

Thanks for the info , it is a mag wheel.....getting it put on today. What front tire do you recommend ? On my Wing I had a Bridgestone Battleax , but do not remember the size. Installed with reverse rotation. Thanks again.

If you want a rear tire on the front, I am currently recomending an Avon Roadrider. Its new and set up for front or rear fitment. Have about 500 miles on mine and it grips as well or better than the Metz 880 I had. JMHO

jedishon ... What are the advantages/disadvantages? What size did you put on? Did you reverse direction? Is it a radial?

jedishon - Was reading this older post and was wondering if you have anymore information/opinions on your Avon AM26 front tire. I've ordered one for my '02 1800C and was wondering about the reverse mounting and if that was necessary as this is suppose to be a universal front/rear tire? Please update with any thoughts. By the way going with a GYTT 205/60-16 on the rear. I have a GYTT on my 1300S and it rides like a dream, don't expect anything but on my 1800. Thanks.
