I got to go for a ride today!

Wahoo! first time in months and with the new bars... now to get that fender done since I was riding all over the neighborhood avoiding ice with no rear fender!

I rode today too. Even though it was a short one, but since it was my sons birthday I hurried back to spend some time with him. I was a beautiful day to ride.

Rode two days in a row and even managed to swap the carbs in the Magna. Now to get it running...lol

Yesterday, Saturday I rode over to Twin's for a chat and Twin figured out what size C/T I needed on my Valk. After a while Twin thought it was time for a burger so we rode to McDonalds. As we were walking to a table a cute young chick walked in an asked this question. Who does the orange bike belong to? I gave a nod to Twin, he said, "it belongs to me," and she said "nice looking bike" with great gusto. Of course I wanted to know what was wrong with the burgandy Valk parked beside it. With almost disgust she replied "nothing wrong with the color it is just too big and I just like the other orange one better". I thought Twin would have posted the story before now. We got a big laugh out of it because I have a real nice looking Interstate. When Twin gets his bags, trunk and new seat on his bike it is really going to be an eye catcher.

I'm going to ride today! Our high is supposed to be 73* so it will be a nice ride.

Hebear says I pick doctors that are further away just so I can ride longer. Far be it from me to admit to him that he's right, lol!

And a good morning to you! Things are starting to get into a routine of sorts so I am finding some time to be on line. I still have to do all that sewing. I picked up a waterproof snowmobile trunk bag and want to see how it will fit on my bike. I'm going to putter around and try to get some stuff done today. I've been sick for a couple days so I've got cabin fever.

We have has so much cold and rainy weatherthat I've hardly ridden. But today and the last 2 days I got to ride.
