Need help with wiring diagram '06 gl1800 w/ airbag

Hi folks.

I am hoping someone can help me understand a wiring diagram in the service manual.

I am looking at 27-28, on the right hand side of the page. Specifically, I am looking at the wiring leading to the bulb labled "BRAKE/TAILIGHT 12v - 21/5W"

My understanding is that this is the saddlebag running/brake/turn light.
Correct?
There are three wires labeled "G/R", "G", and "Br/W"
I assume these mean "Green/Red", "Green", "Brown/White) respectively - correct?
Is "Green" Ground?
Is "Green/Red" activated with either the brakes or the turn signals?
Is "Brown/White" running lights?
