Online Tires
I tried to order the Federal from Onlinetires.com, but it was per telecon on national back order, so I agreed to let them
substitute the Nexxen instead. OK, no problem, but I've been waiting a couple of weeks with no response. I've sent two
emails and have not yet had a reply. Has any one else dealt with these folks, and if so, have I made a mistake here?

Re: Online Tires
I ordered a tire from about 100 miles south of me , but there was no customer pickup so out they sent it on ups that went to 200 miles north to be sent back down and two weeks after it was sent , it arrived.
I should have known when they say 1 to 2 weeks they mean 4 to 6 weeks.
good luck , and no i didn't use them but keep sending emails and call when you can.

Re: Online Tires
Thanks for the reply. You would think an on line tire store would be more responsive to their on line customers.

On line means they never have to deal with you face to face, and if you get upset they can hang up and say they were disconnected...... dont ask how I know.......

Re: Online Tires
Thanks guys. I do most of my shopping on line as I work quite a bit and when I ain't working I'm ridin'. I'll try to call tomorrow.
I should have shopped local, but I just don't get much of an opportunity.

Re: Online Tires
I buy all mine on line too. I look at them in stores, then buy on line. Delivered to the door.
I found discounttires.com to be good and reasonable. But, depending on the tire, prices vary from site to site. Factor in shipping.
Don't leave ebay out. Got a great front tire there for $65.
Look at the date on the tire. You don't want to ride on a tire over 6 years old.

Re: Online Tires
Update to onlinetires.com. I finally got around to calling them and it was like, Wow! They put the tire in the Fedex right then. I got it yesterday and am having it installed this morning. Online seems to be an ok place to do business if you have time to phone them. I just felt as an online tire store they should be more responsive to their emails, but I don't think they check the email much if at all. I sent two email for sure and never got a reply, but the phone call did the trick.

I've dealt with this company and got my tire in just a couple of days. No surprises.

Online price match By BIG TEN TIRES
Believe it or not ,
My local BIG TEN TIRE store price matched the Michelin Hydro Edge tire . I had priced tirebuyer.com at $150.00 . Big Ten dropped theirs from $185.00 to $ 150.00 also out the door not mounted. Check them out. They also had my size in stock. They also carried the Brigstone Potenza GR019 and Goodyear brands.
