I'm just bent not broken ( I hope ) Just about waited to long before seeking help those 7 days in the hospital was HELL to say the least. Doing much better but still can't seem to take in a full tank of air. Joe, Do you think you are going to be up to riding next weekend? I am looking forward to it. But damn sure dont want to get you out and push you into taking a back step on the road to recovery. If you are ready, I will Bring it, Lets Ride. With that being said, a health recovery raincheck is all good too. We will have more opportunities to ride this year. I plan on making the blue and the gray ride as well as the CBR again.

I'll be ready to ride what day will you be in the hood ?

I will be there late Friday evening. Plan to come in to Knoxville and get a room. Any recomendations? I will be trucking the scoot to this point. I hate to do it but have not figured a way to keep a suit all pretty traveling on the bike. Mrs. Smokey thinks the suit and her dress need to be wrinkle free for the wing ding on Monday. Women... ... go figure Personally, if my ass is not naked I am more than good to go. Anyway, I will have saturday all day and sunday morning to play. I need to be in Charlette by about 6 on sunday. The boss wants to buy supper. Ummmmm on second thought I need to be in Charlette by 11pm sunday

Alright, things are firming up rather nicely. I will get off work friday morning at 6. Hour commute to the house be on the road at 8. Wifey in her truck, me on the scoot. We are gonna run together on the slab until we get to Lexington Ky. She will stay east bound on 64, I will be headed to heaven on I-75. Thinking I will arrive closer to 6 pm est. Depending on the longarm action on the slab. If I can run it I will .... hell who am i kidding... I will run it even if they are out thick.
Joe are we returning to the start point saturday or are we on a continuous journey? Not that I give a shit either way just like to know.
We can do the dragon, but i have the t shirt, more interested in that beautiful scenery you are always posting pics of.

I go back to the hospital in the morning ( wednesday 3/25 ) and I'll know then what condition my condition is in. If I'm gettin' better then I'm planning a ride down through Tennessee / Alabama / Mississippi / Louisiana into Texas over the April Fools weekend and leaving out on the 1st and coming back home on the 6th or 7th.That will put me out on the road 5 to 6 nights and since I'm not working now money is becoming a issue. The ride I have planned for us is outstanding we'll do Hwy.360 out along the lake <---great road with awesome sweepers then hit Tellico Plains and ride out to Bald River Falls <---beautiful area cross The Cherolaha Skyline into Robbinsville ,NC hit The Hellbender 28 / The Dragon / Foothills Parkway back into K-Town all theses roads are famous for the art of motorcycling . That will give you all day sunday to make your way to the Carolina's. I tried to call you give me a call anytime ...I'm going to try to call again now ( tuesday 3/24 @ 10:55 a.m. )

Gettin' ready to go back to the hospital for x-rays then to see the doctor that did the surgery.I'll try to call again after I get this over with . I still have a hard time with getting a full tank of air in fact the last full lung was Feb.28th when this turned my world up-side down .The forecast for Saturday is 90 % chance of rain and storms with severe weather possible Mountain roads ( + ) pourin' rain ( = ) Sad conditions for motorcycling
