Anybody tried a Barum Brand tire.

Has anyone tried the Barum tire on a 1300R. The only tires available in Charlotte are this and the General Altimax. I could deal with the General but if the Barum is good then I could save 30 dollars on tire.

Well I'm at the final stage of coming to the Darkside. I bought my tire today. I went with the Barum Bravarus 205/65/15. I'm gonna try to put these pics on here. Excuse me if they end up too big. Are there any Neh sayers about the tire size and fitment. I will be taking the X to the shop Friday at 2:00. Please let me know anything other than yes it will fit my 1300R. Hopefully everything goes well. The shop that is putting it on said "no problem but it is not going to handle the same." I said I'll deal with that.

A guy put one on his vt1100c. Had to air it up and down a couple times to get the bead to seat, but has it on. Good looking tire. I'm going with the 185 when i change mine out this summer.

Good lookin tire. You guys with the R/S and C's have so many options. When I was looking for a tire for the F the options were not there. I have no regrets buying the Toyo. Great looking tire and I know that they have been tested. No regrets whatsoever.
