Howdy Folks,
New to the board. Been hang'n on VTXOA for a couple of years. I'm wait'n right now for my new Toyo T1R for the 05 F to replace the Dunlop and figured I better get to know some folks over here on the Darkside.
Can't wait to see how she rides with the new tire.
See ya on the hard top.

Re: Howdy !
Thanks Moon.
How much different was the ride ?
I like the twistys, we ride the highways where if you go fast enough, (and we do ) you can see your own back tire.
Can't wait to try it out. Should be in this week sometime. Any trim'n to get it on ?

Re: Howdy !
Edge.
To be totally honest I have only about 100 miles on it since the install. Hopefully I will get some more time on it this week when I come in from offshore.
As far as the ride, All I can tell you is that it is not that significant. Suttle little changes such as input into turns. It requires a little more. The ride is noticibly better and I am running my tire pressure at about 38psi. I think the next go around I will try it at 32. Just playin with it as I get to know the tire. I am like you as far as putting the bike into turns. I have not ventured there just yet. I am wanting to put a few more miles on it to get the mold reliece off the tire and to get to know it better too. I wish I could answer your questions better but I dont and will not give out advice when I am still trying to figgure out things myself. But the good thing here is that there is all kinds of information here and if you cant find what you are looking for just ask. There are a bunch of folks that will help you. I have been on this board for a long time and they are like family. There is a few Black Sheep too. Hell Im one. But if you hang out a while it will not take long to figgure out who is who.
Peace and Ride Safe.

Re: Howdy !
Thanks for the help folks. Don't look like we are gonna get to ride around here for a while. They say 2 inchs of ice in the next few days.
Guess the weather has to be crappy somewhere.
Will let ya know how she turns out when i do get some road time.
Stay upright, but never go stright.
