Interesting that Car Tires are listed on the motorcycle size chart!
These guys make it really simple to order. Got mine for my newest tire and my front tire which will wear out soon.
3 oz in the back tire, 1 oz in the front. Takes about 30 minutes to install - really simple. My cost was $18 with tax and shipping for the above. You will need an applicator, valve stem remover, tire guage, and pump. An engraving tool is recommended to "assist" with the beads rolling down the tube.
After installing the beads, be sure to remove the lead weights...then buff up those rims nice and shiny!

You could also use a palm sander (without sandpaper of course) in place of the engraver.
Or in a pinch a pencil and just keep hitting the valve stem (takes a lot longet though)......
