Was wondering where you are. I was told that you sold you bike and moved to the Yukon? Is that true? The last time I heard from you was to give me a bunch of Sheet about missing the ride for Easy.

The reason for posting here is so that others can jump in and give you some sheet too.

I was just askin. It is all good. I knew that there would be a baby MUNTZ, that's scary, he he he. Just not like him not checking in. I guess there is some concern mixed with a poke in the eye. So I am assuming that nobody has any news?

Here is a close up of my durometer. Very accurate instrument for testing rubber.

My Douglas 205 car tire with a reading of (50). I got over a 1000 miles on it.

Dunnie tested (71) in the center of the tread wear with 3700 miles on it.

I did the "chicken strips" to see what un-used rubber would read....(72)

When my brother-n-law got home, went over and tested his HD nightster with 1700 miles on his stock Dunnie and got the lowest reading of (68 )

Here's my Bridgestone S11 Spitfire and the lowest reading I found of (62) on a motorcycle tire and they are always the front tires...the manufactures put softer rubber on front motorcycle tires because they don't have the acceleration of the motor tearing them up and they will last longer. Helps with handling too.

Well, the weather has actually cooperated pretty decent as it's been above freezing for several hours now and direct sunlight has melted the roads. I can now go and see how it handles on wet, dry and snow all on the same ride

Hey guys, I'm here all is well. I'm still finishing my little home renovation project. Paint is done!!! I put in new floors and cut most of the cables before I laid them out. Only my sons room left to lay. Now I gotta go back under the house and drill me some holes. I got this one jerry rigged for the moment but it will be hooked back to the TV in a few mins.

I got some baby furniture to build. If all goes well I will be completely done this weekend. WOOOOOOOO. I need a break.

Anybody up for another Wheelie King contest???? Wink

actually in ww2 the british called the Germans Jerrys and during the war they would rig with what they had to keep things going for lack of parts hence the name Jerry rigged. i was stationed in England for 16 years.
