Yes, seen it a hundred times. It's an based around misconceptions and NOT real data!

Notice in diagram # 4 where they do the lean angle in degrees, they shrink the car tire by 50% and expand the motorcycle tire by 200% and then compare the two........loaded data to the motorcycle side! How come they don't compared 100% size to 100% size. They have the two test patterns the same width tread pattern while at 0 degree lean angle......IMPOSSIBLE!........ Very Happy

Yes I see what you mean. It makes it look like the MT had low air pressure like a stunter. The CT should be 3X wider than the MT for 0 and 10 degrees. Most of you have good wide contact at higher angles than me, my 18" low profile tire gets up on the shoulder early according to everyone following me. Not as much sidewall to flex (my theory). Not that it matters, I don't drive any differently now than before, and I have less slip accelerating out of corners. Twisted Evil
