It's Smoking Joe, and that's one of his Valks, he has a nice yellow one with hard bags on it as well. I knew it was him, just wanted to post the picture since I just kinda found it outta the blue.

That guy must work at night and ride during the day, seems like hes always on the bike, because we have pictures to prove it. I heard a rumor that he does not require sleep like the rest of us.

Yeah, after looking closer at the tag...same state..different #s...close though...does look like he's having fun.
