CT for a Vegas?

I'm a walking paraplegic with an 'O4 Vegas. Had a special frame mounted with outrigger tires. Since it doesn't lean, I've worn out the front and rear tires and wanna go Darkside. Can't find a CT to fit the 18x5.5 rear wheel. Anyone done this on a wheel this size?

Try this link. You can plug in your tire size and get a lot of info. All you need is the specs for your current tire.
