Sealing the Bead
I was looking around for some professional insight as to how to seal the bead.

I've seen mudders mount their big dirt tires that way, but I would'nt try it myself.
On your 1800 with a 205/60/16 and plenty of good lube you should be able to seat your bead
at less than 100psi and prolly closer to 50psi.
My tire beaded at 40psi.
