We were hacked by some ballless low life a while back and some things still don't work on the forum. Why a ct ? double or tripple the miles per tire ,better control, better traction in all conditions so better question, why not a ct. Laughing Laughing Laughing

Welcome Johnboy!
A 205/70/15 will fit your VTX just fine.
The Michelin Hydroedge, Good Year TripleTred, and General Grabber are some popular choices.
On a R/S model just flip your muffler mounting bolt around and you'll have plenty of clearance.

Like Larry said, improved traction, dry and wet!, and a lot longer life span.
Also they typically cost less than a motorcycle tire.
