Frankly I hoped to have more miles but had some things come up to slow me down. It was hard to find a CT that fit my scooter but it was worth the effort. Aside from the benifits of increased miles (which is evident since the tire still looks new) I believe that this tire actually is better in corners than a standard scooter or mc tire. Once you get used to the road talk which isn't hard to do I find the tire seems to hold better in twisty curves and long sweepers. Don't see myself going back to a "normal" scooter tire unless I can't find a good CT replacement many miles down the road. Want to thank all of the people on this forum that I have learned much from and gained the confidence to try going to the DARKSIDE.

Peace and hope to see some of you out there. Smile

PS and a special thanks to tods58 for sending me a Darkside patch...it was beyond and above bro!

Took me about a week for me to start throwing the bike around. I had to get the "Oh shit i got a car tire on the back, thinkin outta my mind." Like said Handles better and is a sticky SOB. Dont trust other tires at all now. My confidence level is higher than it ever was.

Side note for ToMang07, Your avaitor sure does make me smile while Im offshore. Two things tho. It makes me home sick and I would like to see the R rated verson. ha ha.

Peace yall.

Have not yet scraped the center stand but have taken some pretty aggressive corners. Part of the reason is that the CT raises the rear end up quite a bit higher than the scooter tires do. 145/70 12 vs. 130/70 12. I did install some pegs though and have come really close to scraping those. I know, pegs on a maxi scooter? Here are some pics.
