What is the best tire recomended for this bike?

You should check out a 165-80-15 tire.

Have a shop that will install my Kumho 165/80-15 on Wednesday...just awaiting delivery of the Dynabeads.

You can add the beads after, its just easier to put them in during the mounting.

31 psi was great for me! Most everyone was within a couple of psi of that.
