Hows everyone doing? New here and need some help. I want to go darkside and need some info about proper size ct. I ride a 02 vtx 1800 r, Some of my fellow NH vtx riders have gone over to darkside, the two that have the 1800r had to do some cutting to get the tire into the rear fender. I would like to not have to cut anything from the bike. Is there a size ct that would fit without any cutting. Thanks for any help.

I have an 1800 rim on my 1300 and I used a 205/60/16 with no problems. Someone with am 1800 will chime in later

it's just a little tab on the inside of the fenderrail.. if the fender is not put on straight it can rub. Most run up to a 205/65/16 and lots have not had to cut anything... if you get a rub on one side you can loosen up the fender bolts and push the fender over a little bit and tighten them back down to help line it up over the tire...
