Hey Darksiders.

i just joined the forum because i'd really like to put a car tire on my 2007 Victory Jackpot. I didn't see a Victory sub-forum, so i figured this would be best in General.

Since the stock tire is a Dunlop 250 on an 18" wheel, my friend and I have put our heads together and think the Goodyear Assurance TripleTred 245 is the best fit.

does anyone have any experience Darksiding this wide? any suggestions or cautions aside from the normal Darkside advice (i've been browsing for a little while)? and, what do yous think about the tire selection?

Thanks in advance.

isn't that the size that the folks put on the triumph rocket? There was a video on u-tube I think of a wide DS tire like that in action on a Triumph...

only other issue might be sidewall height? Question

When you do the mod. Please take the time to take pictures and post them as you do. I have a friend that has the same bike but is too chicken shit to be the first. You could prove to be a invaluable if you were to take the time and post this.
Thanks
