Man are you gonna love this tire. I've had mine on for 4000 miles and it's barely broken in. It'll be broken in good soon. Headin for Colorado. Hope to put around 3000 miles on it in the next week or so. Very Happy

NEW TO THE DARKSIDE Empty tire

Post  tallbill17 Wed Jul 01, 2009 1:49 pm

Thanks Guys,, How many ozs. of dynabeads should I put in my tire?? I put 3 ozs in, but at about 75 Im getting this bike wobble. Its the whole bike and seems to start with the handlebars. Any idea what that could be? If I just kept going the wobble would get bigger and bigger I think until I lost control of the bike, thats how it feels anyway.. I really dont think its the tire but just dont know why its doing it. Anyone had this problem before?

Check your shock bushings first. If any of the bolts holding the shock on are not centered in the hole the bushing is shot. replace all 4 as a set. Second thing to check is the steering stem bearings and adjust or replace as necessary.

Good luck

if you have a Taller tire that will change the angle of attack that the wind will hit the windshield and can cause a wobble and you should adjust the angle so it goes away. there is more but you should check the shocks , steering and windshield first.
good luck
