I am officially a darksider!!
Hey Guys,
I got my bike today (2003 honda shadow 750 ACE) with a cool kumho 165/80/15 and a 170/80/15 tube.
It's soooo sweet!!!
I haven't noticed much difference from the mc I had before except:
the bike has a wonderful tendency to keep straight!!
1) the countersteering requires a little more effort ( but very little)
2) I don't get wiggled around from side wind
3) the rbike feels "nailed" to the ground
The other thing that I have noticed is that I have a little bit more feedback on slower speeds, and no appreciable difference at 35 mph and up ( the patch in contact with the pavement is pretty much the same of the bridgestone MC I had before)
It's very quiet, and suspect it's lighter (they had to remove some balancing weights)
I have only one question:
How long should I ride before starting riding more aggressively?
Thank you for your suggestions and will keep you posted as I accumulate more miles
Francesco
PS I found an awesome guy in westland MI that works on bikes at competitive prices an mounts CT on bikes without worrying about the liability crap. I will update the database with his info

The guy who did the job for me told me that he had to seat the beads at about 100 psi, but that's all.
What sidecar did you mount?

hi again and thanks for the rest of the info on CT on750.
i mounted a velorex 560 and used the universal mounting kit that can with sidecar,it was a pretty simple install,3 support brackets went to frame and 4th bracket to rear foot peg bracket on bike.
sidecar has been on bike 3 years,no problems, every year i check alighment ect.
i bought sidecar used from NORTHWEST SIDECAR,
