I DID IT!!!!

I got the Falken Ziex ZE-512 205/60-16 mounted and put on today, the only problem was getting past the final drive but I wiggled it in there. I only got to ride about 10 miles on it so far but it feels pretty good , just going to take some getting use to. I'm running 42 psi. and it feels like it needs some air. What pressure do the majority run?

Always run the manufactured air pressure in the tire or within 5 psi. Always go to the upper side of the range and work down till you find what you like, just don't go below 5 psi under. But before you think you know how it feels, get the mold release off.

I think what you are feeling is the mold release that is still on the tire. It will take a little longer to get if than a motorcycle tire, but it will be worth it. Be sure and come back and tell us what you think when you get about 500 miles on it.

I just went to a 205 and the manufacture recommends 35 psi...it's on the money for handling.

Running 37 in the Mich HydroEdge 205/65/16. Feels nice.

Running 40 in my HydraEdge 205/65/16...might drop it to 37/38...still finding the sweet spot.
