What tube? & Dyna Beads

If I switch over to a CT Radial, and I have spoke rims with tubes, do I continue to use the same tube? Do I need a new tube? A radial tube? What?

Also when adding Dyna-Beads, do you order them according to the CT size? Or do you go by the MCT?
