Venture Car Tire mileage

We got back from a 4,000 mile ride to Sturgis and beyond and I now have 17,000 miles on this BF Goodrich TA Radial tire with a good amount of tread left. It was really great not having to replace a tire on this trip. With a motorcycle tire on the back of my Venture, just this trip would have used up half of the tread ware and I would be looking for a new tire now. Ain't it great! I really won't be able to guess when I will have to replace this tire, its wearing so good. Anyway, I was just wondering how the other brands were doing on the Ventures?
