Rocket 111 & 245 CT go well together.

G'Day fellow Darksiders, even though I have sold this beast, I thought I would share a picture & comments on the fitting of a 245 X 55 x 16 Toyo Proxis 4 (Just like Cadfathers) to the back of this highly modified Triumph Rocket 111.



There has been a bit of work done to this bike, and the stock MCT could not handle the RWHP that this thing was making, 170+. As well as the RWHP, it was running a Neville Lush Racing lock-up clutch that would make the MCT spin up with the lightest of clutch/throttle applications.
With the Toyo CT on, the bike just Grips & Rips, and is capable of some massive wheelies and blackies when the rubber is cold.
This size rear does have some slight handling issues on the Rocket 111 when first fitted, but afyer a couple of hours you get used to the counter steer effort required and all is good.



Much better at the drags, and the bike ran low 11's with a lot of wheelstanding and wheel spinning.
