So is the lack of traffic an indication?
Kinda like on the OA, there's a ton more 1300 folks than 1800 folks... are there really that many more 1300's than 1800's? Or am I missing something?

Only the greatest bike made ..... but no you're not missin nuthun It just part of the cool bike club Actually I think most , myself included, like the lower center of gravity and much lighter feel the 1300 offers while still having lots of power. Okay maybe not lots but ... plenty for the ride.

Thats what it was for me too, The lighter weight and lower seat made it easier for me to handle at low speeds, (I'm 5'7"), not that I spend a lot of time there, but I heard it can be embarrassing to almost drop your bike in a parking lot with everyone watching....ok ok it was me during bike week with a top heavy yamaha venture royal and Mrs D on the back....and I dont know if everyone was watching but it felt that way....Anyway where was I ......Oh and the price and inventory had a little to do with it too....they didn't have the fastest color (BLUE) in an 1800....

nah...I just think the 1300 guys are sitting inside on their PC while you can't rip the 1800 owners off of theirs (except when it snows )

Of course Smokey picking on someones bike is like........the pot calling the kettle black. I mean someone with a 5 colored bike is the last one that should be picking on someone elses bike.

Soooooo Muntz , do you believe me now? Road rash is a color ..... actually it's a myriad of colors, the color of raw steel after it has gorund down that far, the black the asphalt leaves on anything chrome or aluminum the drags and dont forget the black, blue and purple that the body turns after contact with the road. Then there is the green ...... all the green it takes to make it pretty again.
