New to the Darkside with an Indian Empty New to the Darkside with an Indian

I have a 2016 Indian Chief Dark Horse. I just put a Hannigan Heritage Sidecar on it. I am thinking of putting a car tire on the rear of the bike, but really have no idea where to start. The tire size is 180/65B16. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I have decided to try the kumho ecsta pa31 195/65 16 on my Indian. It is very close to the OEM tire size. I have a friend who is running a Kumho on his Valkyrie and he is very happy with it. I will let you know what I think of the tire after running it a little while.

I got this tire installed on my Indian Chief today. Excellent Fit. It is actually a 195/60 - 16 (I misnumbered it in the above post). I put 100 miles on it today and it is Fantastic. I wish I would have done this a LONG time ago. I don't think I will ever put Motorcycle tires on the rear of my bigger bikes anymore.
