General GMax AS-03 tire

Just tried the General Gmax AS-03 in the 195/55R16 on my Victory Cross Country and this tire will not work. It looks likes it would be a good one with the tread pattern and all, but the sidewalls are too soft. The tire flexes way too much under normal pressures and causes the bike to start a wobble around 80 mph and if you air the tire up to 46-48 psi, the wobble moves on up to around 95 mph which is too close to max pressure for me to call it safe.
