Tubes in radials
I was told years ago (40) on a car not to use bias tubes in a radial tire. only use radial tubes. I am darkside on my Honda Shadow with cast wheels. I am leery about doing it on my Vulcan due to spoked wheel an need for tube. Thus he scepticism about using the MC tube in a car tire. Anybody have any experience with this?

Re: Tubes in radials
Use a motorcycle tube when running a car tire on the rear.
Some riders have sealed their spoked rims so that they can go tubeless, but most just use a M/C tube.
What tire are you getting?

Re: Tubes in radials
I used the same tube in the car tire that I used in the M/C tire.
The only issue that I have had are when I forgot to check the tire for paper stickers on the inside. The kind that grocery stores used to use for pricing, etc. That sticker will chafe a hole in the tube within 1,000 miles. REMOVE THE STICKERS!!
