Double Checking Empty Double Checking

OK, I'm taking my GL1800 in to be darksided tomorrow. Kind of excited but also nervous. This is what I have and plan to ask for.
1. Bridgestone Drive Gaurd 195-55-16
2. Bridgestone Excerda G209R
3. 3 bottles of Ride-on 8oz in front, 11oz in back, no weights on either wheel
4. I plan to ask him to inflate the rear tire to 33psi

Is all of this correct? Anything you would do differently?

With a 55 sidewall, your speedo will read a bit faster than you are going. Should have a 60 sidewall.
