I have an 06 1800R and I put a Yokohoma 205/60r-16 on it with no problems at all. There is at least 1/4" of space between the tire and the drive shaft cover, looks good and rides great.

Just make sure to use the proper lube for the splines. I didn't get the Honda Molly paste, I bought a small container of Molly paste from MSC, it's over 60% Molly. Riding darkside has been great. It's a little different, start out slow and work your way up to riding "normal", to let the tire break in and you get used to it, then have fun. After a while you forget that you have a car tire on there.

The "key" to darksiding is to run the car tire low pressure - between 30 and 34 psi. Any harder and you'll be riding on the "center" of the tread and the tire won't flex enough and will want to run in the cracks on the road.
