Re: need help
Congrats joining the madness!
Don't know about balancing and sealing. It seems you're riding a VTX R, so why sealing?
Anyway, I'm sure more technical guys will chime in.
The 205-55 will lower your bike a bit more then an inch. (overall diameter - 1.04)
If that's what you want OK, if not try the 205-60. (overall diameter - 0.23)
Good luck and let us know. We love pic's.

Re: need help
I've never been a fan of the Ride On stuff. I've been told that it will corrode aluminum wheels.
I use Dynabeads, 3oz will do your car tire.

I think you will be happier with the taller tire. Smoother ride, better cornering, and easier to mount.

Re: need help
ok started out running 42 psi now down to 38 psi that seems to be the best spot . i now have 180 miles on it and i like it. still need a little time to get use to it . at times it seems like its on a rail or a groove. i am guessing this is due to the road.

Re: need help
Nice tire, good you like it. The bike really sweeps you around when the road is uneven due to the wider
contact path. Once you know this you will anticipate. I'll bet you'll never go back after riding an other
180 miles.
Robert.

Re: need help
really starting to like this tire the more i ride the better i like it. the wife likes it better to because the bumps are not as bad . learning how it handles through the curves is my biggest task and i am getting better at it.
