Not sure if it will fit, but a 175/60/16 is about the smallest 16" diameter tire you are going to find.
I know some of the older Goldwings are using a Dunlop SP Winter Sport 3D in that size.

So with the width of the tire being that much larger would the bead be the same? Just wondering if the only worry would be the clearance on the sides of the tire? Or with it being that much wider then the rim would there be stability issues aswell?

Edit: I just used the calculator. The new tire would be about 1.7 inches wider. To me that sounds like the only issue would be clearance. It's only 0.859 of an inch wider on each side of the tire.

Anyone out there running a ct almost 2 inches wider than the oem care to shed some light on this for me?
Greatly appreciated.

that 175/60 my be a couple inches wider, but its also 13mm shorter, I'd look at 175/65 or 175/70, same width, but closer to stock height

130x.9= 117
175x.6=105
175x.65=113.75
175x.7=122.5

Do you have any idea who might make a tire in the sizes you suggest?
Tire Rack and Discount Tire don't have anything in those sizes. Shrug
