Possible Firestone for narrow use?

I'm wondering if this will equate to the 175/75/16 Vredestein or Austones:

You have to use a tube with that tire and I don't think it will get good mileage. Most tires for the older cars don't get good mileage, they are made to keep the older cars(pre 50's) looking stock for car shows and they don't put a lot of miles on show cars. It also has a very narrow tread at 3.8".

Actually, the tread width is what made me think it would fit, but as you said, it's going the way of the Stahl Sport Radial 550R16. One
guy got only 4000 on his, and what you said is what I thought about the vintages. Must be hard rubber or something.

In additional to the above Load Capacity would be a factor to consider.
