Well i have a 2006 1800n. I have installed a custom hitch on the bike, no one makes one. My question is how much clearence with a 205/65 r 16 gytt is there. With the hitch and two up i am concered about rubbing. The wife is tiny but I am not. Also just picked up a bunkhouse trailer for our travels.

Go get yourself some play-doh and put a bead across your tire and down the side to the rim, sit on your bike and roll it back and forth to see what hits the play-doh first. Then you can tell how wide and/or tall of a tire will fit

Hope this helps,
ROD

I'm afraid since hitches can vary.....it's going to be trial and error! Take all the measurements you can and make an educated guess. Sorry, we don't have much more than that. Good luck!
