well , they made a rule change just for me :-)

7.B.8 Tire Requirements:

Any wheel/tire combination that has a square edge at the tread/sidewall is strictly forbidden.


I guess I will use motorcycle tires from now on :-(

fastest record on my bike was 220+ mph , but that was a bike tire and fairings

fastest run on a car tire was 201 mph ( unfaired ) ... no one can ever beat that now :-)

There are some tires out there that aren't squared. Look at a Dunlop Signature. A friend has one in a 205 on his VTX 1000 and wont part with it.
Of course, in your venue, you need a speed rating.
