Finally pulled the trigger
Well the dealer called to tell me the Dunlop Winter Sport ROF 175/60R16 is in; tomorrow I am getting it installed. I could maybe get another 1500 miles on the stock tire but why wait. Got 3oz of Dyna Beads today so all that is left is a TPMS. I was really torn between this tire and the Hankook Ventus V4; the 5" rim design and what I hope to never test is the ROF ability ultimately swayed me.
Thanks to all for the information.

Re: Finally pulled the trigger
The tire is on and 3oz of Dyna Beads are in; took about 60psi to set the bead. My first impression was that the noise from the stock Dunlop was gone in the corners, other than that I couldn't really notice much more than a slight difference. Haven't really tested it yet (65mi) but tomorrow should be a 350mi day so the mold release should be gone and the tire scuffed up after that. So far this appears to be a good fit for this bike.

Re: Finally pulled the trigger
Put a little over 800mi on it in the last few days; at 36psi I didn't notice any difference from an MT except for roads with significant crown; requires a little weight shift to offset. At 34psi the ride is much less harsh than a MT; I need to set up cones in a big parking lot and see how it feels at this pressure. It sure is nice not to have the loud noise when cornering that the stock Dunlops developed after about 8000mi.
