Just took my vtx with Yokohama 205 on its first ride for about 10 miles. The rutted gravel driveway is a real challenge and it will take some getting used to on the turns but it rode so much better on the highway, which is 95% of what I do in my 100 mile drive to and from work everyday.

What pressure are you running? Usually higher pressures make riding on uneven surfaces (gravel, ruts, tar snakes, grooves) much more unstable. hmmm hmmm

I run 35 to 37 in my Yokohama. When I get down to 34 it feels to flex with the wife on back.

Got my first wierd look at a stop light today, 4 bikers pulled behind me and one kinda crouched down and look from left to right and looked at the guy next to him with a puzzled look.

Took a trip to the beach and back, put about 500 miles on it and it feels much better now. Running 34 psi now.
