Corbin Beetle bags and darkside?

Post  MichaelJ on Tue Sep 06, 2011 10:04 am

I have been darkside a couple of years, and a friend of mine wants to switch also. He has a 2002 1800C with Corbin beetle bags and fender. I have recomended the hydroedge 205-65-16, but would like to check with you guys to see if this is a problem. It seems like every time we try to add something to his bike the bags are a problem. Has anyone gone dark with beedle bags?

Thanks for any help

why would they be a problem? If any bolts stick out past the underframe in the wheelwell, grind them shorter or cut them off. No problem.

eggs-zackly!! Unless the bags stick inside the somewhere closer than the swingarm...shouldn't be an issue!
