Help with Darkside size for Voyager

I have a friend without internet that is looking to go Darkside with his voyager. I don't know the year but I have a tire size, he is running a 150/90-15 now and looking for a suitable darkside replacement. Any help would be appreciated, if necessary I can find out the year I think it is a few years older.

Not sure, but I think the old VW tire size 165/80/15 would fit just fine.

Ok, for a start, you are asking about the wrong size tire. The Kaw Voyager has a rear tire of 170/70x16, it's not a 15" rim. There are several people on theVulcan Riders Association website riding Voyagers with darkside tires.

It's Ok I did my research first and couldn't find anything that size and I have an excellent sense of humor no offense taken. Just trying to help bring one more believer to the darkside! I was a t a KIA PGR mission in Arkansas this week and saw several Darkside tires on bikes at it. We had about 150 bikes there and a Valk that was parked behind me had a darkside and was on his second one and loved it too! Seeing them everywhere you go now thanks to this group on here!

I will get more info today like year of bike and double check the tire size.

Ok here is the correct answers just got off the phone and had him go check, it is an 2002 Kawasaki Voyager 1200 with a 150/90-15 rear tire. So now where are the answer men? Thanks.

165/80R15 is working on a guys XII on the AVA site and I'm about to put on on mine.
