Joining the Darkside

I just ordered a Cooper Zeon ZPT 265/45zr18 for my 2006 VTX 1800F. I have known the owners of the local mom and pop tire shop for a long time now and they have no problem mounting it for me. $124 out the door, Dyna Beads on the way from HDL. I will add my name to the list once the project is all done. The project started with cleaning up the license plate area, and with all that extra room has progress into going Darkside at the same time. Can't have that tiny 180 in the nice clean rear!

I think you'll like the darkside.
The list was destroyed by a hacker last year.

I'm thinking that must be a typo since he's replacing a 180, but that tail light are clean-up project might be bigger than we think!

Just replaced my M/T with a Goodyear Assurance Triple Tread 205/60/16 on my 03 VTX 1800 Retro. Takes a little bit to get use to it. But, i figure its like getting use to a new bike. The local bike shop had no problem putting it on, the owner did the work himself. Only one employee looked at me goofy and said, "you know thats a car tire, M/Ts are made rounded for a reason." The onwer and I talked about it at length, the only question that he really had was, "what about insurance companies?" I had actually called them and they had no issues with it. I took it out on the road and it is amazingly a lot smoother than most people would expect. I am glad that I started looking into this.
