Re: IT'S ON !!!!!!!!
Beautiful bike!!! Good color choice on the bike and brand of tire. Now go and put some miles on that tire, the more miles the better it rides!!! greazman(Rich)

Re: IT'S ON !!!!!!!!
Congrats and it looks great! Be sure after a couple hundred of miles you try some different air pressures to match your riding style.

Terry,
Don't sweat it! Mine has gotten 3 plugs in it! Just plug it and take off! Lots of guys plug their tires here on the darkside.

Re: IT'S ON !!!!!!!!
I carry a plug kit and compressor just in case. 1,000 miles. About time for a write up on the pros and cons you've found so far. Might help someone get off the fence.

Re: IT'S ON !!!!!!!!
Yep it's pluged ..guess that the only down side with a softer tire you pick up more things (nails) all in all I love the feel and responce..I find myself in a corner then checking my speed and found that i'm about 10 mph faster than I was going with the bike tire, CT just feels more stable.
will check back at 1500 or sooner witch ever comes first.

Re: IT'S ON !!!!!!!!
I have about 3K on mine and I also picked up a rather large deckingscrew in mine after a thousand miles. I keep 2 sizes of the rope style plugs and a compressor in the saddlebags. Plugged it aired it up and went on a 1300 mile ride into Canada Didn't even think about it, a car tire will hold a plug alot better than a bike tire. greazman(Rich)
