Cudos To Sansa

I got a Sansa MP3 player for My birthday last year. I have been using it for a while and My dumb butt left in in my pocket when Mrs. Moon washed the jeans. Well I did all the usual stuff to try to salvage it but nothing worked. Before comming offshore I sent the unit back to them with a letter telling them what I had done. I did not lie to them I told them what I had done, for real.
The wife just sent me an email telling me that I got a new one in the mail today, (my birthday) with a letter stating that the other was no good and since I was honest with them they would be happy to replace the MP3 player.

How about that. Huh? Gotta love being honest. Who says good guys finish last? Wasn't me.

Moon, thanks for the heads up about a good company. Seems like we hear more about bad than good anymore.

I know. I guess what I was trying to say most is that there are some good people still out there running companies. My faith in the common buisness, has dropped over the last ten years. This was a little boost in confidence on big buisness. I know there are a lot of good people out there but why does it seem that I always have to deal with the ones that dont have any people skills. Is that a requirement to be managment these days. I should shut up as I am in the managment side of things. Maybe we are a dying breed. You guys are the best. Would like to shake each and everyones hand sometime soon.
