I have 03 1800C 12,000 miles. Purchased Dunlop SP Sport 8000 205/55/16. $75 with shipping. My friend MadMex introduced me to this site. He luvs his CT but with mine I have noticed a slight wobble at 85mph and up I guess enough wobble to slow down. I read every post I could on wobbling. My air psi is 40 and shock setting at 1. I recently reset shock to 4 and notice less wobble but its still there. Gonna try 5 and if needed new shock bushings.

how was, is it balanced? and most likely your bushings are shot. If I were you I'd replace them anyway, if they aren't dry rotted and worn flat or through, they will be soon. Get the new ones that come on the bottom side of the F model shocks, they are poly and will work and last a lot longer for you!

Well I got old fashioned wheel weights. Haven't tried beads yet. Those bushings will be the next target. Thanks for the info.

Midlife,

Lower your pressure to about 34 or 33 psi. Secondly, the car tire is so superior to other MT's that if you have any thing wrong or worn on your bike, it will show up. With that being said, how does your front tire look? The worn shock bushing also that everyone has suggested?

I was a resident during collage. What a nice place that was... (lost in thought).... It was a damn shame that life gets in the way and responsibilities take over....
I might return to Happyville at retirement, who knows..... (lost in thought again....)
