VTX 1300c heal toe shifter

heal toe shifter


When i bought a cobra hwy bar for my 1300C after the install my shifter was sticking out so far that it was hard to get my toe under it to shift up, so after looking around i found that the R model vtx1300 had a heal/toe shifter . i went to the local Honda dealer to measure things and what do you know, it's what i need the tabs only stick out an inch and you have the looks of factory chrome . went home and started my search and found one in TX for 11.95 +sh , another 4.00 for the rubber covers that fit over the tabs and , it fit, minor adjusting of the shifting rod to the transmission , side cover back on and no more toe trap between the shifter and the highway bar.

I was going to make one! I have been wanting one for years for my 1300C and when I had my spirit I made mine. Love the idea, thanks.

I am running boards and shifter along with the bigger brake all from an R model. Yall can have them pegs.
