A little over 6k on the stock Duncrap on an '07 1800t. Yellowstone looming within two months and I'm feeling the fever for the flavor of a CT. I've got right a 27" inseam. (the 200+lbs have mashed me down) I usually ride two up with the stock shocks set at 5. I've got the Ultimate Low Rider and can't stand to loose any more footing on the ground. Question is this: What would be best size to go with so that I don't gain any more height? Is a 65 going to raise me any over stock? I realize that it came with 70's but I'm sure the 65's will increase in height when they are squeezed onto the rim. I'm thinking of going with 195-65-16 Goodyears.

The OEM Dunlop 180/70/16's O.D. is 26.0", check specs @ www.goodyeartires.com study Axle height is half of O.D.
Michelin HE 205/65/16's O.D. is 26.3", so it would only raise seat height .15", slightly more than 1/8". Another great tire is the Toyo T1R, in 205/55/16 it's 24.8" O.D. will lower you .6" if you want to go the other way. Good Luck Exclamation

+1
If you go to Tire Rack and when you are looking at a tire , click on the "specs" and most will have the tire height, but not all will have the tread width.
good luck
